Magnolia Heart

I recently got my first Magnolia magazine issue 2 i think. I was so impressed with it i just loved everything that was inside it.. all the inspirations and tips plus lovely pictures of many cards i just wanted to do everything that was in the mag..lol
I got the inspiration to do this little heart bag/box i'm not really sure what to call it.I love all the Manolia stamps but as i have only just started collecting them.. i have a long way to go yet.. but i have just found a site that sells a lot of these stamps that i am itching to get more and more.. but bank balance just tells me i have to wait aweeeeeeeeee!!!.
I coloure my images with distress inks.. i think i am getting better but still have a long way to go yet.
I made a smaller heart and decided to triple emboss it.. to which i then put it into the freezer for a bit so it had that cracke effect.
I then added some prima flowers i have in my stash and paper roses.
I really do hope you like as i enjoyed making it very much.

altered tin

This is a little tin i had kept from christmas.. it was originally a golf cup in a tin that my daughter bought her dad for christmas.
I didn't really know what to do with it really, but as i have never altered anything before i decided to decorate it and make
it my Magnolia stamp tim as it's just the right size.

card in a box

Hi every1,
What a fab sunday this is..hope every1 is feeling great and crafting... I am going to upload a few of my cards i have made over the recent weeks.. i have not been on here for a while as i have had a chest infection and didn't want to stay in my bedroom where the big computor is.. as it's a bit cold in there lol.
and as thats where my printer and scanner is hense why i have not uploaded anything till today.. i am not sure if i can put a few items on or not on the blogger but here goes.lol
This is a little box card i made a last night.. wasn't sure if it would go ok.. but i am pleased with it... i need to spend a little more time on the box decorating it me thinks. I used mulberry flowers for the box and used asitate for the heart i just thought it would be nice to see the card inside.

The stamp is called Dreamy and it's from my local craft store that is now selling the sugar nellie stamps whit-woooooo.

distress card n stamp

Hiya everyone,
Wow it a fab saturday sun is shining and everyones smiling.card
Here is my latest card.. may i just say it took me hours to do..lol
I stamped out all the individual fruits then distress inked them all then put the card together i kinds like the way it looks ..all oldie worldy.
i then added a bit of lace and a few roses to try to compliment it all .

Friendship Tilda

Hi all
I made this card last night as i wasn't feeling too good and couldn't sleep.
She is one of my latest Magnolia stamps and i just thought she was so sweet.
I coloured her in with distress inks Papers are from stash and i made flowers up from the papers and used a couple of small brads for the flower centers. I honestly don't know why i used a white bow as it just doesn't seem right somehow.
I am going to try and link it up to the saturday sketch challenge but somehow i don't know if it will work.. lol

lovely Tilda

Oh my i so love the Magnolia stamps.. Tilda is so so cute and all the different ones you can get.. i can't get over the fact that this time last year i hated all stamps i thought it was just so messy with the inks and always got blotches on everything lol. but now i love it.
I am slowly getting stamps of all kinds for my stash and distress inks.
Tilda is coloured in using the distress inks i am not very good right now with them but i am learning. i have also used my Martha Stewart heart border punch with paper fromthe Bloom and grow pad and honey and hugs pad.flowers are from stash and scolloped circle are nestabilitues.
